Light Horse Logistics Hub is a flagship development within our Charter Hall Prime Industrial Fund, and is strategically positioned in western Sydney. As the largest remaining greenfield parcel of industrial land east of the M7, we aimed to create a high-quality estate, attracting industry leading national and international brands as tenant customers.
Given its prime location, we identified an opportunity to develop a market leading estate through investing in forward-thinking design, with a focus on the office spaces as a key differentiator. In collaboration with our architects, we aimed to reimagine the traditional warehouse office design and put our tenant customers and their employees at the forefront of all design considerations across the project.
