Fund overview

Established in 2025, CCRF is an open-ended, unlisted pooled fund, giving investors access to high-quality, non-discretionary convenience retail assets across Australia.

With a focus on acquiring, managing, and enhancing a nationally-diversified portfolio of assets, CCRF leverages Charter Hall's significant scale, deep partnerships and superior access to deal flow to secure the best convenience retail opportunities in Australia, with a focus on the Eastern Seaboard.

Convenience retail refers to the centres and assets that support Australians’ everyday needs: groceries, medical, hardware, food and beverages and essential services. Rather than big fashion-led shopping centres or discretionary retail formats, convenience retail is anchored by supermarkets and essential-service tenants like Coles, Woolworths, ALDI, Bunnings, Kmart and Big W.
