With a reputation for resilience and quality property investment, we're focused on delivering for investors.

We use our inventive spirit and property expertise to manage our funds and deliver superior returns. Our listed property fund investors gain exposure to quality properties across our core sectors of office, industrial, retail and social infrastructure. As co-investors in a number of our funds, we're equally invested for the long term.

Invest with us on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX)

Listed Property Funds, also known as Australian real estate investment trusts (A-REITs), provide investors with exposure to commercial property. A-REITs are traded on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX), which provides the benefit of daily liquidity.

You can invest in Charter Hall Group itself, or in one of the three funds we manage and gain exposure to the properties they hold.
