Charter Hall Retail allign with a range of community partners who share their goal of fostering a greater sense of belonging in every Australian community.
To support this aspiration, we are proud of our active partnerships that foster community connection across social enterprise, World PRIDE, NAIDOC and Reconciliation Week, Mental Health and Family support organisations.
We strive to create the most convenient spaces where communities can feel like they belong. We strive for industry-leading customer satisfaction and experience for our tenant customers and the communities in which we operate. We pride ourselves on establishing a deep understanding of how our customers wish to be supported in their businesses and where we can partner to unlock opportunities and cultivate strong relationships.
Shopping centres have never been more vital to cultivating stronger communities. We are committed to fostering a sense of belonging and strive to be recognised as the brand that is playing its part in bringing Australian communities closer together.
Our strategy aims to celebrate the individuals who are part of our shopping centre communities and to make their lives easier through convenient and authentic experiences.
Charter Hall Retail is proud to foster an ongoing partnership with social enterprise Two Good Co. This program provides life-changing training, skills and employment to women seeking refuge in domestic violence shelters within the community.
“We are thrilled to partner with Charter Hall to raise the awareness of domestic violence in regional areas, and to take our message and work beyond Australia’s largest cities." Two Good Co. founder, Rob Caslick
To celebrate the history, culture and achievements of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander across our Australian communities, Charter Hall Retail are committed to partnering with local primary schools to help children understand the concept of social cohesion and community through the creation of a Children’s Story Book written by a different Australian Indigenous author each year during NAIDOC Week.
