CQR’s portfolio continues to deliver strong operational performance, with a resilient and growing income stream. Shopping Centre Convenience Retail portfolio occupancy remains stable at 98.7% and like-for-like NPI growth of 3.0%. CQR has been active during the half on both the acquisition and divestment front in our pursuit of maximising future income growth. Net Lease Retail portfolio occupancy remains stable at 100% and net lease same-property NPI growing by a strong 4.5%.
