Charter Hall Office Trust No.2 (CHOT2) is a fixed-term unlisted property fund for sophisticated investors or wholesale clients only, being a person or entity that is not a 'retail client' and who satisfies the requirements of section 761G of the Corporations Act.

Applications for units in the Partnership may only be made by completing the application form contained in the IM and will only be available to Wholesale Clients.
