Current role at Charter Hall:

Time at Charter Hall:

2016-2023, 2025+

What career achievement are you most proud of?

I’m very proud of having been given diverse opportunities within Charter Hall (across analytics, development, investment management and asset management) which have provided me a springboard to succeed.

Individual achievements include:

  • In development, it was the early works of bringing the Coles' automated fulfilment centres to life.
  • In investment management, it was assisting the CPIF team to grow the fund to a new level through a focus on develop to core during the post-COVID era of record equity in-flows.
  • In asset management, it's now being back at the coalface, negotiating leasing transactions big, small and otherwise.

What is the most valuable lesson you learnt during your time at Charter Hall?

Stay humble, be knowledgeable and always operate with courtesy and respect. It will open doors and ensure they remain open.

Who would sit around the table at your ideal dinner party?

As boring as it sounds, my ideal dinner party is with my extended family, so that I can relax among the people I’m closest to. That being said, if I wanted to spice it up, I would get Donald Trump along to stir the pot.

What are you currently working on that has you excited?

A lot of active leasing transactions across the WA portfolio involving local, national and global tenant customers.

Our Alumni is founded on the idea of ‘Connection for life’ – how did your ongoing ties to Charter Hall make returning feel like the natural next step?

After leaving, I often found myself reflecting on how Charter Hall managed certain aspects of the business and realised that the processes and procedures that the Group had in place, were what helped drive the success of not only the business but the people who work here. In the period since leaving, a lot of people had moved roles and others had left the business, but the core values remained, so it was an easy decision to return and felt like coming home.

Returning to Charter Hall, what’s one insight you’ve gained that’s helped you approach familiar terrain with fresh energy?

Embrace the pace of Charter Hall and use it to drive positive outcomes.
