Carmel brings 30 years' experience in the real estate investment industry, spanning key senior leadership positions and roles in funds management across public and private markets, investment, research and advisory services.

As Office CEO, Carmel leads our $30 billion Office sector and is responsible for driving strategic growth across funds management, portfolio curation, capital raising and equity flows. 

As a highly experienced leader in the sector, Carmel believes that partnerships are underpinned by mutual purpose. To achieve this, Carmel drives her people to have a deep understanding of our customers' business objectives, and adapting our offering and solutions to meet their needs, including experience, amenity, and tech-enabled services.

Carmel has served as a Director of the Property Council and Australia for nearly a decade, and previously held the role of Vice President. She is currently a member of the Property Champions of Change group, dedicated to increasing gender equality in the property industry, and is a Fellow of the Australian Property Institute.
