The Charter Hall Scholarship Program provides university students with real-world experience to progress their careers and reach their potential.

Get hands-on experience working at one of Australia’s leading integrated property groups and gain access to potential job opportunities at the end of the program.

The 8-month internship comes with a $10,000 financial grant, plus you’ll have a dedicated senior leader to mentor you through the year. You’ll access a range of roles across different parts of the business, including Office, Retail, Industrial & Logistics, Capital Transactions and Investor Relations.

Your mentor will also help you build your network throughout the industry while you’re with us. And you’ll work with some of our most passionate property and funds management professionals, who together shape the success of our customers and communities.
