Notification of Priority Offer opening on 20 February 2025
DOF is seeking to raise equity of $100 million under a Priority Offer expected to open on Thursday, 20 February 2025.
Under the Priority Offer, Wholesale A Units will be issued at a 2.5% discount to the prevailing Unit Price.
The Priority Offer Period will end on the date on which $100 million (Priority Offer Amount) is raised under the Priority Offer.1
