SIV approved funds

The Australian Federal Government implemented the Significant Investor Visa (SIV) program in 2012 to provide an opportunity for high net worth investors to seek permanent residency in Australia. This legislation currently requires individuals to invest at least $5 million Australian dollars into investments that meet the SIV guidelines.

The following Charter Hall Direct funds comply with SIV guidelines and qualify as complying investments as part of a SIV compliant investment for your clients that are interested in the SIV program:

Charter Hall Direct Industrial Fund No.4 (DIF4)

Charter Hall Direct PFA Fund (PFA)

Charter Hall Maxim Property Securities Fund (MAXIM)
