Carmel brings 30 years' experience in the real estate investment industry, spanning key senior leadership positions and roles in funds management across public and private markets, investment, research and advisory services.

Carmel is responsible for driving the office business’ strategic growth, including funds management, portfolio curation, capital raising and equity flows, along with leading our Group wholesale capital platform.

Carmel’s previous roles include the Global Head of Real Estate at AMP Capital, CIO at GPT Group and Head of Investment Management at Lendlease.

Carmel is the National President for the Property Council of Australia, having served in various director roles, including Vice President over many years. She is also a member of the Property Council’s Champions of Change Coalition, and a former Trustee Board member and Deputy Chancellor of Western Sydney University.
